We're asked regularly "how often should I do Pilates"? Our accountant reckons you should come every day but we'd say 2-3 times per week will keep you in tip top shape!
This Reformer 12 monthly membership plan covers you to attend 12 of any of our group classes per month - Group Reformer, Mat, Barre, Movement, Fit for Life, Prenatal and Postnatal classes.
This recurring plan is billed monthly, is for a minimum of 2 months and all classes must be used within the month.
