This monthly membership plan covers you to attend 8 of any of our group classes per month - Group Reformer, Mat, Barre, Movement, Fit for Life, Prenatal and Postnatal classes.

Classes are less than €16 each with this plan.

This recurring plan is billed monthly, is for a minimum of 2 months and all classes must be used within the month.

In Intermediate Reformer, we continue to build your stamina, strength and flexibility and we increase the challenge to co-ordination and balance across all planes of movement.
