This page gives a full overview of all the services that we offer - group classes, one to one appointments, teacher training and workshops.

New to Pilates: If you're just getting started out with Pilates we recommend an initial assessment Your teacher will assess and guide you through a tailored session and then make an informed recommendation on what sessions or classes will best suit your needs. This is especially important if you have been referred by your GP or physio. You can still avail of one of our Introductory Offers after this initial session is completed.

New to our Studio: For all new clients to our studio, even if you've done Pilates elsewhere, we recommend an initial assessment so we can assess and discuss what classes on our schedule could suit you best. You can still avail of one of our Introductory Offers after this.

If you'd just prefer to drop in for chat and see our studio prior to enrolling in anything, you can also book a free Appointment to Meet an Instructor.

Whilst there are many benefits to be gained from attending group classes, an ideal way for many people to learn Pilates and develop an exercise program for their individual needs is through private consultation and tuition. One to ones are especially beneficial if you have been referred by a healthcare professional or are getting back to exercise after a break. We also recommend a one to one prior to joining group classes, if you want to work on a specific technique or if you want to work out with a friend (duet).
