New to Pilates: If you're just getting started out with Pilates we recommend our Foundation Course or to make a one to one appointment prior to joining group classes, especially if you have been referred by a healthcare professional.

New to our Studio: New clients to our studio, who are injury free, can avail of our Introductory 2 Class Pass Offer for €25.

Appointments

Whilst there are many benefits to be gained from attending group classes, an ideal way for many people to learn Pilates and develop an exercise program for their individual needs is through private consultation and tuition. One to ones are especially beneficial if you have been referred by a healthcare professional or are getting back to exercise after a break. We also recommend a one to one prior to joining group classes, if you want to work on a specific technique or if you want to work out with a friend (duet).

Group Classes

We offer Matwork and Reformer group classes for all levels from foundation to advanced as well as Barre classes.

Specialist Classes

We offer a number of specialist classes for our clients, women's health and prenatal classes for mums to be, Fit for Life classes for our clients who are 60+, teachers only classes as well as others

Teacher Training

Live & Breathe Pilates provide Mat and Comprehensive Pilates Teacher Training courses for those starting out on their Pilates career, as well as continuing education, masterclasses and mentorship options. Our continuing education options cover Pilates as well as anatomy, fascia and specialist movement and rehab courses.

Workshops

We offer a range of workshops to challenge your Pilates practice. From Arc Barrel, to Healthy Feet, to myofascial release these workshops can add a new dimension to exercises you already know and love.
