Pilates for Teens (60 mins)

Suitable for boys and girls between 13 and 18, our Pilates for Teens classes will help build strength, improve flexibility and build a strong foundation for a healthy body. Healthy children become healthy adults. The physical, social and emotional benefits of being active in childhood will help set up our children for a healthier future.

Over 60 minutes our certified instructors will guide our small group through a specially designed Pilates program.
