This Intro Class Pass provides access to our Foundation and Essential Level Mat and Reformer classes as well as some of our specialist classes such as Barre.

We still recommend an initial assessment prior to joining our group classes. That way you can get a feel for the studio, we can see how you're moving and make an informed recommendation on what classes would be best to achieve your goals. You can still avail of this pass after your Initial Assessment.

Classes are less than €14 each with this plan.

This recurring plan is billed monthly, is for a minimum of 2 months and all classes must be used within the month.

Reformer Monthly 8 €125 every month • 8 visits per Month • Our monthly Reformer 8 plan is suitable if consistency is your goal. If you want to get stronger, leaner, more toned or just feel great, regular Pilates classes are where it's at.

Suitable only for those who are injury free, you don't need any previous experience to join our Barre classes. We work on upper body, legs, bums and thighs and will include elements of ballet, Pilates, and yoga. Barre exercises rely mainly upon your bodyweight for resistance, and the moves challenge your core stability and balance. Our classes offer a mix of classical Ballet and Mat based Pilates to add an extra dimension to your workout. These workouts are designed so you achieve a strong, sleek, and streamlined figure.

Our classes are taught by professional dancers and dance teachers who are also certified Pilates teachers, so you get the best possible results from your workout - while having some fun along the way!
