Online Group Classes

We offer online Matwork group classes for all levels from foundation to advanced.

If you are new to the studio please contact us or book a free 15 minute appointment to have a quick chat before booking your first class.

Foundation Level - Start here. We recommend 10 before progressing to other classes.
Essential Level - Up to six months of regular classes
Mixed Level - The higher intensity end of essential level classes
Intermediate - 18 months or more regular practice
Intermediate / Advanced - check in with us prior to booking these classes

Studio Classes - Online (60 mins) €35 per class From €30 per visit with 10 Studio Class Pass pass Purchase required to enroll

Online Studio Classes are a semi-private appointment with a maximum of 3 or 4 clients working together with your teacher, where you are taught a tailored program which is individualised for your particular needs. We will use a combination of mat and small apparatus in these online sessions to ensure you get the best from your workout.

Reformer Teachers Class - Online (55 mins) €22,50 per class From €17 per visit with 20 Reformer Class Pass pass Purchase required to enroll

This 55 minute online Reformer Class is for available for our BASI Students and Graduates.

Mat Foundations - Online (55 mins) €16,50 per class From €13 per visit with Intro Offer - 2 Class Pass pass Purchase required to enroll

This class is suitable for those who are new to Pilates Matwork. Our friendly instructors will introduce you to the Pilates Basic Principles, which will be the basis of all your Pilates classes in future.

Mat Essentials - Online (55 mins) €16,50 per class From €13 per visit with Intro Offer - 2 Class Pass pass Purchase required to enroll

This class is suitable after completion of 6-8 of our Foundation Matwork Classes or for those who have less than 6 months of regular Pilates Matwork experience.

Mat Mixed Level - Online (55 mins) €16,50 per class From €13 per visit with Intro Offer - 2 Class Pass pass Purchase required to enroll

This class is suitable once you have done 3-4 months of regular Pilates and are already familiar with the basics. In this mixed level class we work through the Pilates Matwork repertoire giving modifications where required for all levels from Essential up to Advanced. This class is NOT suitable for beginners.

Mat Intermediate - Online (55 mins) €16,50 per class From €13 per visit with Intro Offer - 2 Class Pass pass Purchase required to enroll

This class is suitable if you have been regularly been doing Pilates for 6 months or more and is the next level up from our Essential Level classes. It assumes you are familiar with basics and will increase the challenge in your workout.

Mat Intermediate/Advanced - Online (55 mins) €16,50 per class From €15 per visit with 10 Mat Class Pass pass Purchase required to enroll

This 60 minute class is suitable if you have been regularly been doing Pilates for 18 months or more and the basics are second nature.

Pilates Strength & Tone - Online (55 mins) €16,50 per class From €13 per visit with Intro Offer - 2 Class Pass pass Purchase required to enroll

In this higher end Intermediate level class we use Matwork and small equipment you can find at home to build strength and tone with Pilates. Suitable for those with regular ongoing previous Pilates experience, no acute or chronic injuries please. Not suitable for beginners.

Pilates Stretch Through Strength - Online (55 mins) €16,50 per class From €13 per visit with Intro Offer - 2 Class Pass pass Purchase required to enroll

This 55 minute online mat based class will focus on building flexibility with strength, showing you how to open tight areas of the body, without hanging into your joints.

Fit for Life - Online (55 mins) €16,50 per class From €13 per visit with Intro Offer - 2 Class Pass pass Purchase required to enroll

Suitable for more mature clients, this class is designed to get you fit and flexible and to assist in keeping you strong and flexible from day to day. We recommend a one to one session prior to joining this group class.

This online prenatal class is suitable for Mums to be and uses a modified Pilates program to keep you strong and healthy throughout your pregnancy.

Postnatal - Online (55 mins) €17,50 per class From €13 per visit with Intro Offer - 2 Class Pass pass Purchase required to enroll

This class is suitable for new Mums and their babies (up to crawling) who have full clearance from their health care professionals to return to exercise. New Dads are welcome too of course.

Teachers Only Movement Class - Online (55 mins) €15 per class From €13 per visit with Intro Offer - 2 Class Pass pass Purchase required to enroll

This online class is suitable for certified Pilates teachers or teachers in training. The class will challenge you with a full body workout. There's no clients to cue or worry about, just you, your mat and your Pilates practice.

Barre Blitz - Online (55 mins) €16,50 per class From €13 per visit with Intro Offer - 2 Class Pass pass Purchase required to enroll

Suitable only for those who are injury free, you don't need any previous experience to join our Barre classes. We work on upper body, legs, bums and thighs and will include elements of ballet, Pilates, and yoga. Barre exercises rely mainly upon your bodyweight for resistance, and the moves challenge your core stability and balance. Our classes offer a mix of classical Ballet and Mat based Pilates to add an extra dimension to your workout. These workouts are designed so you achieve a strong, sleek, and streamlined figure - whilst having fun!

Join Steph this New Years Day for a free class that will get you moving, breathing and feeling fab.

The class will be a hybrid contemporary Pilates and Slings Myofascial session to get our breath flowing, our joints, muscles and fascia moving and to motivate us all towards a positive, self nurturing start to our 2022.

90 Minute Blitz - Online (90 mins) €30 per class Purchase required to enroll

Our exclusive 90 Minute Blitzes are a great way to get yourself a serious workout in. We offer a range of different themed Blitzes, from a mixed Mat to small equipment workshops. Each Blitz is designed to get you fitter, stronger and more flexible. Not suitable for beginners, no injuries please.

Slings Ukraine Fundraiser - Online (60 mins) €16 per class Purchase required to enroll

Slings is a contemporary, fascia-focussed, body-minded movement method. During classes and sessions we guide you through a flowing mat-based class, with contrasting movement sequences that contain dynamic and rhythmical, as well as soft and melting exercises in all body positions.

Our focus lies on the health-enhancing qualities of fascia, which contribute to the balance of your posture, movement efficiency, and vitality.

Slings is a holistic movement concept that can be incorporated into all body-minded practices and will help improve your sense of wellbeing and promote freedom in your body.

Having a pair of soft myofascial massage balls (and a kneeling mat if required) is recommended for this class.
