In Studio Appointments

Whilst there are many benefits to be gained from attending group classes, an ideal way for many people to learn Pilates and develop an exercise program for their individual needs is through private consultation and tuition. One to ones are especially beneficial if you have been referred by a healthcare professional or are getting back to exercise after a break. We also recommend a one to one prior to joining group classes, if you want to work on a specific technique or if you want to work out with a friend (duet).

Appointment to Meet Instructor - In Studio (15 mins) Free No purchase required to enroll

Suitable for those who would like to have a chat with an instructor prior to booking sessions or classes. This fifteen minute appointment gives you the opportunity to call in to see the studio and to have a chat about class options, one to one sessions or other queries you may have in relation to our studio and services. Please note this appointment is a not a Pilates session and is for information purposes only.

Initial Assessment - In Studio (60 mins) €55 per appointment Purchase required to enroll

This 60 minute session is available to all new clients to our studio and is ideal whether you are new to Pilates or whether you are just new to our studio but have prior Pilates experience.

We take a full history, assess your current movement during your workout, discuss your goals with your Pilates program and then recommend what classes / sessions we think would best suit your requirements. We strongly recommend at least one private session prior to joining our group classes. One per client.

Note if you are pregnant, postnatal or want access to our Pink Ribbon Programs, please book relevant specialist session.

One to One Focused Private - In Studio (30 mins) €40 per appointment From €33 per visit with 10 One to One Pass (30 mins) pass Purchase required to enroll

Suitable for all levels of Pilates experience, this 30 minute session allows you to work on a particular issue – whether it is trying to get your Roll Up, improving your Teaser, or just a stretching session after a long haul flight we've got the perfect solution.

One to One - In Studio (45 mins) €60 per appointment From €49 per visit with Intro Offer - 3 One to Ones pass Purchase required to enroll

Suitable for all levels, in this one to one session, your individual needs will be discussed and assessed. From this, an individual exercise program will be developed and taught; one that is appropriate for your particular needs. Individual needs to be considered might include posture, specific injuries or conditions, age, strength and flexibility.

One to One - In Studio (60 mins) €70 per appointment From €63 per visit with 10 One to One Pass (60 mins) pass Purchase required to enroll

Suitable for all ability levels, during a one to one session, your individual needs will be discussed and assessed. From this, an individual exercise program will be developed and taught; one that is appropriate for your particular needs. Individual needs to be considered might include posture, specific injuries or conditions, age, strength and flexibility.

Duet - In Studio (60 mins) €40 per appointment From €35 per visit with 10 Duet Pass (60 mins) pass Purchase required to enroll

Suitable when you want to work out with a friend, and you want to share the cost. Each of you is given a tailored workout to complete during your session. We recommend a one to one assessment first so you can each have your program tailored. Cost is €40 per person, two people required for each appointment.

Prenatal Assessment - In Studio (60 Mins) €55 per appointment Purchase required to enroll

This discounted 60 minute session is available to all prenatal clients to our studio and is ideal when starting a Pilates program for Pregnancy.

During the session, we take a full history, discuss any issues or concerns and then assess your movement during a modified prenatal program. Then we chat with you about your goals with your Pilates program and then recommend what classes / sessions we think would best suit your requirements.

This session is mandatory prior to joining our group classes. One per client.

Postnatal Assessment - In Studio (60 mins) €55 per appointment Purchase required to enroll

This discounted 60 minute session is available to all postnatal clients to our studio and is ideal when getting back to Pilates after the arrival of your baby.

During the session, we take a full history of pregnancy and labour, discuss and issues and assess your current movement during a modified postnatal program. Then we chat with you about your goals with your Pilates program and then recommend what classes / sessions we think would best suit your requirements.

This assessment is mandatory prior to joining our group classes.

Pink Ribbon Pilates - Initial Assessment - In Studio (45 mins) €50 per appointment From €33 per visit with 10 One to One Pass (30 mins) pass Purchase required to enroll

The Pink Ribbon Pilates program is designed to assist those affected by breast cancer with their recovery and to specifically to address the needs and challenges facing anyone recovering from breast cancer related surgery. This initial session is to discuss your requirements, assess your movement and plan your follow on program.

Pink Ribbon Pilates - In Studio (30 mins) €40 per appointment From €33 per visit with 10 One to One Pass (30 mins) pass Purchase required to enroll

The Pink Ribbon Program is a Pilates based program to assist breast cancer survivors with their recovery. It has been designed to specifically to address the needs and challenges facing everyone recovering from breast cancer related surgery.

The exercise programs we design on a client by client basis mean that we build your strength and mobility back, gradually. We know how to work with those at risk from lymphoedema to ensure your workout is safe and appropriate.

Our highly qualified instructors will guide you through a 6 week program of exercises designed to make every day activities as easy as they used to be. We will show you how to progressively stretch and strengthen your shoulders, chest and back to regain full range of movement and reduce risk of lymphoedema – a very common and debilitating condition associated with removals of lymph nodes. We also provide information on exercises you can do yourself at home.

In addition to the purely physical benefits already outlined, Pilates will help to improve your posture, alleviate your pain, reduce stress and enhance your energy levels.
