Suitable for all levels. In a 45 Minute One to One session your individual needs will be discussed and assessed. From this, an tailored exercise program will be developed and taught - one that is appropriate for your body. We consider posture, specific injuries or conditions, age, strength and flexibility when designing your program. We also offer 10 packs at a reduced rate.
