This intro offer if suitable for all new clients to our studio – if you have done Pilates previously and want to dive deeper into the repertoire, if you have an injury and been referred by a medical professional, if you're a total newbie and want to get a better understanding before group classes, or if you want a tailored program specific to your sport this discounted pass of 3 one to one sessions is ideal. One pass per client.

Refresher Pass - 3 One to Ones €165 • 3 visits •

Suitable for all clients – new and not so new - who want a tailored program or a refresher on technique, are recovering after an injury, are getting back to class after a break, are a new mum or who want to work on cross training for a chosen sport. We'll discuss your requirements and build a tailored session to address your needs. With this pass you can enjoy three individual 45 minute sessions with your teacher.

10 One to One Pass (45 mins) €525 • 10 visits • Suitable for all levels. In these 45 Minute One to One sessions your individual needs will be discussed and assessed. From this, an tailored exercise program will be developed and taught - one that is appropriate for your body. We consider posture, specific injuries or conditions, age, strength and flexibility when designing your program.
Valid for 6 months.
