Suitable when you want to work out with a friend, cost is €40 per person. Each of you is given a tailored workout to complete during your session. We recommend a one to one assessment first so you can each have your program tailored. Then your tailored exercise program will be developed and taught during your duet session. We consider posture, specific injuries or conditions, age, strength and flexibility when designing your program. We also offer 10 packs at a reduced rate. Please note these are non transferable and are valid per person only.
