Mnásome is a celebration of strong women this International Women's Day.

Our experienced team will be on hand to show you how to improve your strength and resilience with mindful movement during this afternoon workshop celebrating International Women's Day. Enjoy an afternoon of strength and resilience training through Pilates, a ballet session to find your inner ballerina (tutus optional) and myofascial release.

We'll have top tips on how to build a strong core, we'll add some balance work and upper body conditioning interspersed with talks on evidence based women's health including bone health and heart health. Bring your mates, your sis, your bestie and join a group of like minded women to celebrate the day.

We'll end the day with a relaxing yin yoga session, leaving you feeling fantastic all over.

There'll be chats, tea, goodie bags and tasty treats throughout the day too. We guarantee you'll leave feeling Mnásome!
