As always, this masterclass will be a combination of theory and movement, so attendees will have an evidence based toolbox to provide movement support to help women navigate the peri to post-menopausal years with strength and confidence.



Cancellation policy Course fees are fully refundable if cancelled 30 days prior to course less an admin fee. 50% is refundable for cancellations within 2 weeks of course but there are no refunds for cancellations within 7 days of course.

In the event of travel restrictions outside of our control as a result of natural disaster, pandemic or anything else beyond our control, or if we are restricted on numbers in the studio for the same reasons, we reserve the right to change to online live learning where possible.
