Join us for this one day workshop, building on the principles we covered in Part 1 of this series on the female athlete; in Part 2 we’ll cover the considerations for movement practice for the female athlete in the perinatal year, with a particular focus on postnatal recovery & restoration. This class is a combination of theory and movement, with lots of time for discussion and evidence based exploration

Cancellation policy Course fees are fully refundable if cancelled 30 days prior to course less an admin fee. 50% is refundable for cancellations within 2 weeks of course but there are no refunds for cancellations within 7 days of course.
